OVERVIEW. Distillery West will be a new exceptionally healthy and energy efficient multifamily/mixed-use building. With 37 dwelling units, it will offer greatly needed market rate rental housing in South Boston. The new 5 story structure will complement the existing Distillery North building, sharing a common courtyard. 

PROJECT GOALS. The project goals include certification under the WELL building standard to embrace exceptional indoor air quality, Passive House certification for exceptional energy performance, and LEED Platinum certification.
