ZED’s Jordan Goldman recently joined a virtual panel of local experts in construction, architectural engineering, and real estate to discuss the benefits of electrifying home heating and cooling systems.
The discussion was held by the Sustainable Lexington Committee (SLC) in order to gain support for Article 29, which petitions the Commonwealth to allow Lexington to regulate fossil fuel infrastructure in new construction and gut rehab renovations – an important step toward Lexington’s goal of ending greenhouse gas emissions by 2035.
